Help Create a More Perfect Workplace for All Staff
Each year in March, staff are encouraged to apply to U-M’s employee engagement program, Voices of the Staff. It’s a two-year commitment to meet monthly with colleagues from all campuses, including Michigan Medicine, to define opportunities for improvement and share the staff perspective with university leaders.
