Resources for Students
Some of the primary well-being services for students at U-M include:
Michigan Recreation
Provides recreation facilities, Group-X fitness classes, personal training, Small Group training, Intramural Sports, Club Sports, and Adventure Leadership Trips.
University Health & Counseling — Medical Services
A wide range of medical care clinics, an on-site pharmacy, and radiology and lab services, plus nurse advice by phone, day or night.
UHC Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
Confidential; for after-hours urgent support, call and press 0; counseling, workshops, groups, and more; counselors are embedded in some schools.
Wolverine Wellness
Confidential; provides wellness coaching and much more.
Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC)
Confidential; 24-hour crisis line; addresses sexual assault, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, and stalking.
