Compiled by the Climate Therapy Alliance (Pacific Northwest Chapter), the “Emotional Resilience Toolkit for Climate Work” can be used by facilitators to inform the delivery of a range of practices and activities that help people build emotional resilience in relation to climate change and eco anxiety.
