Self-care in times of stress
This toolkit was created by the Wellness Program at the School of Music, Theatre & Dance, and includes many self-care activities, such as breath practices, meditation, and gentle movement. Most of the activities are broken into categories such as “quick and easy” that you can do right now and “when you have more time,” for well, when you have more time. Many also include an audio component in addition to the written description of the activity.
